Problems:
Sometimes the tool pallets or other items on a page will be out of alignment.
This is usually due to font size setting on your browser being to large
for the design. To correct this adjust the text display size on your
browser. For Internet Explorer choose the 'View' menu from the
browser menu and select 'Text Size' and 'Smaller'. For Netscape Navigator
choose the 'View' menu from the browser menu and select 'Decrease Font'
to make the fonts smaller.

Shockwave
Support:
If Shockwave is having problems
loading try:
- Maybe not enough memory.
Close other applications and all not necessary windows. (If using
a Macintosh assign more memory to your browser.)
- Try un-installing Shockwave
and reinstalling it -- this often helps.
- Sometimes it just take
a few minutes the first time Shockwave loads -- especially if you
computer is performing any type of maintenance or running another
application at the time.
For support with the Shockwave
8.5 (or higher) Plugin please try Macromedia
Shockwave Support pages.
